#BayerBalletVirtualTraining this Summer

VIRTUAL SUMMER ADULT CLASSES
PILATES, BALLET & CONTEMPORARY As we prepare for the Summer, we would like to gauge interest in classes specifically for adults. These classes will be held virtually via Zoom. Our adult program focuses on creating overall body awareness, while improving posture, toning and sculpting, improving flexibility, balance and coordination, and promoting creative expression. This program is designed to relieve stress by shifting your focus and relaxing your mind, so that all of the day's anxiety can be washed away! Please submit your responses to this short survey by June 3, 2020.
Teachers build upon the current curriculum to make sure that each student: * continues to develop properly, in a systematic, healthful way; * receives personalized, oral critiques, as we do in-studio; * receives proper guidance to continue working independently between classes; * develops a greater understanding of the Vaganova method and the art of classical ballet will rise, stronger than before! We are committed to our students' well-being, as artists and people. Together, but virtual, we look forward to dancing through this journey with you! Coming together, while staying apart. The irony of this statement forces us to reflect on what’s uniting us right now: Always with us, wherever we go, dance is there. It’s a loyal gift. Together, we will rise stronger than before.
Esmeralda Rehearsals | Bayer Ballet dancers continue their training, learning new choreography, remotely, “Esmeralda,” featuring virtual rehearsals with Bayer Ballet Academy Apprentice and Pre-Professional division.
