PROGRAM Bayer Ballet's Male Program is an artfully-rigorous curriculum, which presents the Vaganova technique in its purest form. Delivered by an internationally-acclaimed faculty, our curriculum is designed for boys of all ages and levels, who are interested and eager to learn. Whether you are just starting out or you are an experienced dancer, each student is provided with a solid foundation to reach their full potential, while gaining a multitude of essential life skills. Our holistic approach promotes mental and physical wellness;
overall body conditioning - stability, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination;

OUTDOOR STUDIOS Our outdoor studios and performance spaces feature raised wood floors with overhead coverage, mirrors, barres, and fans; thereby, providing the necessary flexibility to adjust and transition between in-studio and outdoor, as guidelines and mandates change.
MASTER VAGANOVA INSTRUCTOR
Sergey KOZADAYEV danced with the St. Petersburg State Ballet as a principal dancer for 22 years. He received the Merit of Honor of the Russian Republic, signifying his reputation for the highest level of dance training & performance and was featured in a biographical documentary for Russian TV. In 1991, he graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in Choreography and Dance and holds a degree from the University of Culture and Art in St. Petersburg. Mr. Kozadayev has choreographed and danced in over 15 countries.
BAYER BALLET:
Founded in 2005, Bayer Ballet has quickly established itself as a reputable dance institution in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Bayer Ballet Academy offers Vaganova ballet training from pre-ballet through pre-professional, summer intensive programs, master classes with internationally renowned guest teachers, and professional stage performance opportunities. Graduates of the Academy have been accepted into prestigious programs, including those of the Paris Opera, the American Ballet Theatre, the Royal Ballet, Princess Grace Academy, and the Bolshoi and Kirov Ballets. Students of Bayer Ballet’s Artistic Director, Inna Bayer, have danced in European and American professional dance troupes such as: Batsheva Dance Company (Israel), Ballet Israely (Israel), Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (Israel), Scottish Ballet (Scotland), Compania Nacional de Danza (Nacho Duato Artistic Director), State Ballet of Georgia, Alberta Ballet (Canada), Inbal Pinto Dance Company, Austin Ballet, Boston Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Smuin Ballet, Eifman Ballet Saint Petersburg, Russia, Atlanta Ballet, HNK Split Balet / Croatian National Theater Split - Ballet, and more.

We bring world-class performing arts to the community. Bayer Ballet Company, the 501(c)3 public charity organization, is dedicated to staging several annual full-length performances that are of professional quality. Our goal is to make the classical discipline of ballet accessible to new generations, preserving the traditions of Vaganova, and contributing enriching cultural experiences to our community.
