Founded in 2005, Bayer Ballet’s mission is to provide each and every student with the highest quality ballet education through year-round training with master instructors and opportunities to work with world-renowned choreographers to hone their technique and artistry. The intricacies of this artform are discovered through a variety of performance outlets, including competitions, community outreach events and professionally staged theatre performances of full length ballets. Bayer Ballet is committed to bringing ballet to the community, providing access to underserved members of our community and the organizations which provide charitable services.

Construction costs of our new second location;
Building improvements: paint, roof replacement; Labor: staff, teachers, and guest teachers;
Storage rentals (3 units for sets and costumes);
Costume maintenance;
Master teachers & choreographers from major ballet companies for repertoire (transportation, housing, commissioned works);
Professional quality performance venues with highest production value (sets, costumes, lighting design, choreography);
Professional flooring and equipment for community outreach performances; to produce these high quality productions, it requires 300 extra rehearsal hours, which is 100% overhead cost (staff and choreographer labor) covered by Bayer Ballet Company.
{SCHOLARSHIP FUND} This summer, we provided scholarships to (6) male dancers from Kazakh national academy of choreography. We hope to develop this fund to further support talented dancers.

Graduates of Bayer Ballet have been accepted into prestigious programs, including those of the John Cranko Schule, Vaganova Ballet Academy, Paris Opera, American Ballet Theatre, Royal Ballet, Princess Grace Academy, and Bolshoi Ballet. Students of Bayer Ballet’s Artistic Director, Inna Bayer, have danced in European and American professional dance companies such as: Dutch National Theatre, Mariinsky Ballet, Eifman Ballet Saint Petersburg, Atlanta Ballet, Hrvatsko narodno kazalište HNK Split Balet / Croatian National Theater, State Ballet in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria and more.
